Do you accept insurance?
We are unable to accept insurance at this time.
What types of payment do you accept and do you accept partial payments?
Payment must be rendered in full at the time of service. For your convenience, you may pay by cash, check, and credit card (not debit). A 3% service charge will be added if credit cards are used to cover fees.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 2:30 to 6 p.m., by appointment only.
Are you taking new clients?
We are not accepting new clients at this time.
